Welcome to Elite English Learning! We’re excited to help you improve your English. Please read the terms below carefully, as they explain how our lessons work and what you can expect.

  1. Lessons and Scheduling
  • All lessons are taught live online via Zoom (or another agreed platform).
  • You can choose between 1-to-1 lessons or small group classes (if available).
  • Lessons must be booked in advance using our scheduling system or through direct communication.
  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
  1. Payments
  • Payment must be made in advance before lessons begin.
  • We accept secure online payment via [e.g. PayPal / Wise / EFT – insert methods].

  • Packages are valid for a set time (e.g. 1, 3, or 6 months) depending on the plan you choose.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let us know at least 4 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged as a full lesson.
  • If we ever need to cancel a class, we will reschedule at a time that suits you.
  1. Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be given for completed lessons.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g. long illness), partial credit may be considered — please email us to discuss.
  • Package purchases are non-refundable but may be paused under special circumstances.
  1. Technology Requirements
  • You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and a working microphone and camera.
  • If technical issues occur from our side, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
  • If the issue is on your side, we may not be able to offer a make-up class.
  1. Student Code of Conduct
  • We expect all students to be respectful, kind, and cooperative during lessons.
  • Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension of services.
